Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 90 days of your order delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original packaging. Opened products may still be refunded under our guarantee, but we reserve the right to limit refunds for multiple or repeat requests.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at primalbind@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if required).

Ship the product(s) back to us using the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
